How do i get my V.5 Tamagotchi to marry?

I have read the instruction booklet and i don't know how to get my Tamagotchi to marry.

When your tamagotchi is an adult, you have to wait 2 FULL days until it can finally get married. After its been 2 full days you have to go to the 8th icon (the tv icon) and select DATING SHOW. You will then need to pick one of your tamagotchis to marry and then once you have done that, you will need to pick a partner for your tamagotchi. Whe n you have done that, your tamagotchi will be married with another tamagotchi and then they will have kids.
