How do i get my Yahoo 360 pic to be my diplay pic?

iv made a yahoo 360 page and i added pictures to it, now i want to use one of those pics instead of my avatar. i went to the edit page and clicked on the option of making my yahoo 360 pic as my display pic but no pic appears
