  1. hi ya put the a perch that you are holding or your arm ( if you are brave or your bird is tame ) against the lower part of your chest and gently and carefully push her back and say "up" then when you replace him but the perch or your arm, lower than the perch you are putting her onto and push him onto it and say "up" after several goes he will start to do this himself every time the word "up" is used the stick you used has scared her because she couldn't defeat it...... put this stick in her cage and leave it so she gets used to it or place it near the cage so she knows it will not attack her and don't go at her straight away with it.....pick it up and show it her move it close to her then put it down again within sight. it might take a while but it will be worth it at the end of the day. join     http://www.parrotlinks.com/     they are a mine of information and you will normally get a good answer within minutes and there are avian vets in training that moderate the site hope it goes well

  2. Push your hand/fingers pretty hard up against it's feet (just to where it's very uncomfortable and it should step up.

I found a great website that will help you alot!

    Go to birdtricks.com

  3. Push a perch to her feet and say step up then say step down (lift the perch she is on higher the tell her to step back down on her perch) then try with you hand hope it works :)
