How do i get my avi files to work? READ DETAILS!?

I am making a video. I cant find out how to simply get text in a video.

So I downloaded a screen recorder. Super Screen Capture or something like that. So after i record the text, I try to open it in Windows Movie Maker. I cant. It said the file is nt supported by the codec blah blah blah. I downloaded DIVX BEFORE THIS! Dont answer saying to download that please. I need help ASAP!!!

Have you downloaded all of your codecs? google "download free codecs", I can never remember the bloody website.

There might be programs there that can help you as well. I've used XP Codec All-in-One before, I know it works pretty well as far as having some of those not-used-very-often codecs.

Well, take DemoCreator, it is quite easy for you to edit your video and publish as AVI files. And you and import it to Movie Maker.
