  1. Don't do the honey! bBabies under one year of age shouldn't have it!  Make sure she is real hungry and keep squeezing the milk from bottle into mouth, eventually she take it!

  2. dip the nipple in sugar-water or wipe a little honey on it and she might take it easier :) hope this helps good luck!!

  3. It's hard, but this is what my son's doctor said to do.  Try a few different nipples, see if that helps, and if it doesn't, simply wait until they're very hungry, and then they'll take the bottle.  Yes, there will be crying involved, and it is frustrating, and the sooner you begin, the easier it will be, that way, you can still hold her now, and get her used to it.  Also, try pumping milk for a while, and if you wean her off, mix it with formula for the first week or so.  Good luck!

  4. You may have to experiment with several different types of bottle nipples before she takes it.

  5. just give her the bottle warm it up and make her take it weather she likes it or not .try puytting something on it that she might like ..........................Good luck !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  6. I am a breastfeeding mother. My son wouldn't take the bottle. I kept trying then one day at walmart I found a bottle called NUK orthodontic. It supports switching breastfeeding to bottle. The nipple is shaped like a breast nipple. That is the only bottle that my son will take. The bottle cost $5.00 but it is well woth it. Try it out and good luck!
