How do i get my bboy club sponsored?

i am treasurer of my school's bboy (breakdance) club. What should i do to get our club sponsored? (by companies?)

Make an appointment to meet with someone in the company.  If I were you I would bring a tape of your group performing a dance.  Don't be discouraged if you get turned down keep trying with other company.  Try to get a teacher to be at the meeting with you.  Be polite, shake hands and stay positive.  Manners and attitude during a meeting can help you.  Make sure that you have a clear agenda on what the money will be going to.  They will ask what's the money for.  Another thing I know that it's a fashion statement but don't let your boxers or underwear show when you meet with the company representatives.  I hope this helps.  Good luck!
