How do i get my boyfriend to be more spontaneous and just live a little?

hes 19 and really boring. but i love him to bits and pieces, and its not just me that wants him to change its him too. And i didn't bring this on he did! Hes not spontaneous, he likes to plan things, doesn't lie, doesn't go out to the club, doesn't stay out past 10:30, Won't even consider hanging out with anyone after 9 o'clock, only if they go to his house, and he likes to shop but saids he doesn't have enough money to when he does, constantly talking about how awsome his brother are. I want him to live, and i wnat to show him hes just as good and amazing as his brothers. I want him to see how awosme he is and i want him to have more self confidence! hes amazing person in my life.

Ugh My boyfriends somewhat the same. You have to make him jealous by living a little yourself with some "guy friends". If he wants to say home at 10:30, you can tell him not to call you tonight 'cause your heading off to a concert with a bunch of friends. That'll show him that he's missing out on fun and you!

It sounds like he's really pretty adult and grown up, even if it is a little boring.  Try to do more with him that's those things you know he really likes, maybe he will loosen up a little
