How do i get my brother to stop acting like a 3 yearold and he is 12?

he is going through change it's just a faze it will soon be over but if you baby him it will take longer for him to get over it  treat him more grown up try to get your parents to give him more responsibilities around the house. it will be over soon hang in there!

Wait till he goes to sleep, and wrap him up with a sheet, take a baseball bat and beat him till he is bloody. That it'll teach him to back off.

You can't force him to do anything.  By acting like a little baby he's getting something out of it....attention, his way, whatever.  As long as he's getting something out of it, he'll continue.  Ignore as much as you can and don't let on it bothers you.  Reward him when he acts his age (which could be a challenge as well).  Since he's 12, his struggle into adulthood is starting and he may be uncomfortable with the new teenager (albeit p*****n) role.
