Im running two camera capacators off of two AA batteries (3.0 Volts.) In a camera, the capacitors charge well above 3v and run off two double A batteries. (The shock certainly felt like more than 3 volts) Why is it, that when i hook up these two capacitors, i cant get them to charge past 2.70 Volts. The volts they are storing also decrease slowly (about .01 volts a second). Why is this, and how do i get it to charge to its full capacity (two capacitors hooked up, - to -, + to +) Max voltage for them is 660 combined (330 each). Is there some sort of voltage amplifier that i need? or is there a way around one (if they exist.)
