How do i get my car in my name?

my dad bought me a car for my 19th bday and we had to get it in his name b/c i didn't have enough credit. i got a ticket and my licence is susppended now i ihaver to pay for the ticket and the licence. i want to get the car in my name now so i want to know if i can do that and how to do it. please mature answers only!!!! thanks

if the car has been paid off your dad can

sign it over to you. if it is not paid off you will

need to wait till it is before you can have

it in your name.

I don''t know where you live but if it is any help in Ontario Canada you can go to the Ministry Of Transportation ( where you get your plates ) and transfer it Unfit.  The only problem is you will need a safety check and e-test to get it re-plated after

get the title have your dad sign it over to you then take it to the dmv and its yours
