How do i get my cell to download pix?

I have a samsung phone with a flip out qwerty keyboard I bought thru metro pcs. They tell me my phone is locked and I am unable to download pix to my phone when I see them on the phones internet app. The only way I can do it is have someone send me a picture in a text message. Is there any way around this? Is there some code I could punch in or a website I could check?

I think you should apply master reset option or re-install softwere of your handset.. Ok
