  1. Pu the veggies in the blender then mix it in other things.  Make eating veg fun not a chore. Offer fun shapes and fun dips with the veg.

The best way is to grow your own in a small garden then they love to eat what they grew right out of the dirt.,

  2. When you make spaghetti put in some broccoli or spinach in the sauce and blend it up.

My kids love baby carrots and raw cauliflower and broccoli to dip in ranch sauce.

If that doesn`t work get fruit that will supply the same nutrients as the veggies they won`t eat.

  3. Well when I was little my parents would tell me that it will make me really strong and I will be the most strongest person ever, and that worked sometimes. Also my parents would not let us leave the table until we ate our veggies and that really worked.

  4. Tell them there ears will go pointy like elves if they dont eat them =]

If they donty eat them say ok but then later if they ask for something firmly say no.

  5. Try telling them that it is candy.

If there's anyone that they look up to, have them try to get them to eat it.

Tell them that they can't have any. Then, eat it in front of them.

That's how my mother got me to eat veggies and now I love them.

    Good luck.

  6. I know how hard this one can be. I have a 3 year old who is VERY picky, and yes it can be easy for people to give advice but in till you have a picky strong willed kid, I don't think you can understand. I do have one think that works and that is I buy baby food such as carrots, squash, etc... and mix small amounts in with what he does like best. Most things hide the flavor but he still gets the nutrition.

There's a great cookbook out there called Deceptively Delicious.

I got lots of Good kid friendly recipes from there. Good luck!

  7. Try seasoning it, giving sauces to dip it in, or covering in cheese. My kids eat their veggies, but I got them to love broccoli by steaming it, then adding garlic salt, mozzarella cheese and chedder cheese sprinkled on top. Or celery with peanut butter or cream cheese on it. Carrots, cauliflower, bell pepper, etc with ranch dressing. Just keep trying. Make the portions on the things they like a bit smaller and tell them they cannot have seconds unless everything on the plate is eaten. You could work up to that by having them eat 2 bites of everything on their plate, even if they don't like it.

  8. awww.

I heard if you tell them each vegetable does something like carrots help your eye sight. It works but IDK.

I am not a mom yet I am only expecting

  9. make food fun for kids, like with celery add peanutbutter and rasins, and say look at the ants go up the tree , make there food into funny shapes and animales, when you add cheese to the brocclli say its a volcano, make a meat loaf like a animal with peas for eyes carrots for eyes, make eating veggies fun for them, my son is a pickey eater so i deal with this everyday take care

  10. Praise them and encourage them when they eat their veggies. If u show them that you like it when they eat veggies they will do just that.

  11. Get the book Deceptively Delicious --it's a cookbook that helps incorporate veggies very secretly . Then after your kids eat it you may/may not want to tell them what's in it. They will be pleasantly surprised.

  12. Make fruit and veg smoothies. They're delicious :-)

When I was a kid if I didn't eat what I was given I went hungry!! Might sound like tough love but I loved veg etc. and ate whatever was put in front of me, I was never fussy after I figured that if I didn't eat all my tea it meant no dessert, no sweets/biscuits and definately nothing else to eat if I got hungry! Best way me thinks :-). Also, let them help prepare meals and make veggies fun! Growing them is a good idea if this is a viable option for you. Cut fruit and veg into shapes and tell them that they'll grow into superman/spiderman/whoever the latest superhero is if they eat them!! Good luck!

  13. My mom just made us.  We didn't have to eat a lot but we had to try at least a bite of whatever she had cooked.  If we had refused we would not have been allowed to have our dessert.

By today's standards that's probably akin to child abuse, but thinking back it wasn't too bad...just the rules.
