How do i get my cockatiel to get a bath?

Question

Hi.my female Latino cockatiel hates the water and if i spray water on her she justs hates it and starts to scream and get aggresive.

and when i try to put her in a sink or bowl she will also scream and starts to bite.

Im just wondering how to make her enjoy having a bath and enjoy the water.

You could  try putting some lettuce into the bath tub because in the wild birds natrually roll in greens. I had the same problem with my bird so i did this and it worked.
