How do i get my daughter to stop hitting her sister?

my daughter is 14 and her sister is 4. My daughter is very mean towards her she pushes shoves hits ive tried talking to her but nothing working what should i do?

Sounds like you have some jealousy issues or something going on.  Have you asked her why she does this?  When did it start?  Do they share a room?  The 14-year old definitely should not be hitting  ANYONE.  Take her to an anger management class offered by Catholic Charities or a local church.  You may have to go to counseling with her.  Don't hit her or lock her up because, unfortunately, those actions will get get YOU into trouble these days.

take away all her stuff and lock her in her room. I guarantee that she will stop if she wants to see her friends again. If she's stubborn it may take a while but she will give in
