Ok, first, you should put a cream colored eyeshadow right on your brow bone [under your eyebrow.] Then, get a light brown eyeshadow and put it on your lids. Then, outline your eyes with a black pencil, then go over it with a black liquid eyeliner to make it stay. Put black mascara on your bottom eyelashes. [2 coats]  Then for your top lashes, put on a primer first. Then, about 10 seconds later, put on your black mascara. Hold your eyelashes until the mascara dries to make them appear longer. Then go over them again 2 more times.  =]

What you want to do is first get some really dark eye liner, mascara and eye shadow.  Get it in the blackest black shade.  Apply the eye liner like you normally would, except you can use a blender on it.  Some eye liners come with a blender attached to the other end of the pencil.  It's kind of like a soft sponge type of thing that will smudge it a little.  Smudging it will give it a smokey effect, which you would want in this case.  If you can't find eye liner that comes with a blender, you could try using an eye shadow applicator or a cosmetic sponge wedge.  Next you put on your eye shadow.  You might want to do some of the same smudging to give it that smokey look.  Be careful that you don't do too much or else it could look messy.  When you go to do your mascara, do at least three coats of it and remember to give the first coat about ten seconds to dry before applying the next.

Use a very dark gray or black eyeshadow such as the one made by MAC. Revlon makes some good ones too. Use a foam brush to put it on heavy on your top lid. Don't use a bristle brush because it will be too messy.

Use L'Oreal Automatic Eyeliner Pencil on your inner eyelids, top and bottom. I say this one because it is very gentle, very black and lasting. Here is what it looks like:

Then use Almay Black Liquid Eyeliner to line the top and bottom of your eyes. It looks like this:

If you still want more black emphasis, use the automatic pencil for where you want more effect. Practice putting on this makeup, just have fun and experiment.

Black mascara is a must for the final touch. Rimmel and MAC make the best ones.

That second picture, she is wearing false eyelashes.

Take black eyeliner and put it on and on the end, extend it outward.... Then get some black eyeshadow and put it on your lid and crease and out to the line of eyeliner... Alot of the "scene" girls put bright colours on the bottom...

im not a professional makeup artist but here it goes..

the first one:

-either black eyeliner or really black eyeshadow. maybe a little mascara i cant tell from the picture.

1) just apply the black eyeliner or eyeshadow on top and bottom, maybe smudge a little bit.

2) you can apply mascara if you want.

the second one: (steps in any order)

-mascara. gold eyeshadow. black/dark brown eyeliner. maybe brown eyeshadow.

1) eyeliner on top of lid. gold eyeshadow on top too.

2) eye liner on bottom. you can either smudge it or apply brown eyeshadow on under the eyeliner for the look of it being smudged

for the first one wear ALOT of black eyeliner all around ur eyes and smudge it on ur lids or just wear black eyeshadow or something

for the second on use black eyeliner and line ur whole eye and smudge it a lil bit then add lengthening mascara

Use black mascara and black eyeliner put the eyeliner just above your eyelashes for about a quarter of an inch. then on the top of the bottom eyelid. that should do about what it looks like in the pic.
