  1. use navy blue eye shadow and line the top and bottom of your eye. then get blue eye shadow and make a line right over (and under) the navy line. the get white and put it under the blue and over on the top. then mascara.

  2. First, you always want to use a base on your eye... You could use a concealer- or cover stick- it will help the shadow be more pigmented and stick longer............ I would probably go with a shimmery white....  Use a medium gray or silver.... over your entire lid. Blend a dark gray/black eye shadow in your crease and work your way down... Line your eye with black eye liner... Take a fine brush and blend some grey/black shadow under your eye...... Mascara it up and your done.

  3. Get someone to punch you in the eye.

  4. go dark blue or mix with black dull eyeliner  its called a smokey look   or go to a clinique counter they will help you

  5. Start with the eyeliner, put a thick layer of it on the inside of the eyelids.

Next take a shimmery blue eyeshadow and line it just elow the bottom of your eye, do the same for the top except also on the eyelids.

Then take a shimmery white eyeshadow and put it just below he eyebrow.

    Add some mascara and wow.

Here is a link that shows you how to do it in case you dont understand my words.

P.s. I hope the link works.

  6. Okkk

Right well, your gonna need the basics to start with

    Mascara

    Blue eyeshadow

    Eyeliner.

    Okk

Firstly, aply a thin line of eyeliner along the top lashes. use a cotton bud to neaten out the line if neccassary.

Next, using the eyeshadow, blend the colour onto your eyelids stopping at the socket. Then, using a smudging brush, apply along your bottom lashes, smudging all the time. Also, take care to not use too much here or you can look a little bit scary.

Finally, curl your lashes, using three or four clamps, rather than one hold. Then apply two coats of a black lengthening mascara to your top lashes, and one coat to your bottom ones.

For really open, bright eyes, use a small amount of light/white eyeshadow in the very corners of your eyes, and perhaps also apply a few eyedrops.

    Hope this helps  :)

  7. i'd start with a charcoal liner smudged into the lashes (make very fine passes with the liner and then use a q-tip or a smudging sponge to soften it.  this thickens the lashes and brings the color right into your eyes) and then use a navy blue liner and smudge that so that its blended out of the charcoal lines (use the same smudger to brush the charcoal lines through the navy blue lines) next play around with some eyeshadows until you find the colors you want, and start with the lightest color.  just looking at the picture, i'm guessing that there are going to be at least three shades of blue eyeshadow.  start with a very pale blue color and apply it pretty much all over the eye lid (refer to the picture several times) next take a more sky blue color and apply it more thickly and closely around your eyes (just like you see in the picture) you may need to use a very narrow brush or the edge of a eyeshadow sponge.  then take a very dark blue eyeshadow (either as dark as or darker than the liner you used if you can help it) and apply it with the edge of a eyeshadow sponge VERY closely around the eyes.  smudge the colors together gently and sparingly.

notice that in the picture most of the color occurs very close the the lashes, so try to keep that in mind when you are applying your own makeup.

    good luck!
