Start with a good helping of black eyeliner on the top and bottom lids, get a cotton bud or brush and smudge lightly to get a smokey effect.Apply a nude/brown shimmery tone to the top lids, blending upwards as you go. Use a black or deep brown liquid eyeliner along the top eyelid to define your eyes and make them look bigger, gently sweaping up at the end of the eye to create a s**y winged look. Apply a few coats of good quality mascara, make sure it's black as well to mix in with the theme. Also apply mascara to bottom lashes to achieve that overall long lashed diva look, Hope this helps! put really dark glittery green eye pencil under u'r eye's from the  outside part and black from the inside, on the upper eye led put a thin line of black eyeliner and use an equalizer mascara, try MaX factor , and if u want some eye shadow to go with that try natural colors like skin color or light pink,  i might be 12, but trust me, i'm a makeup freak ! :p
