You need long fake eyelashes and a lot of eyeshadow / eyeliner.

you can go to a beauty salon to get your hair done, or get a wig. for the make-up, you can always go to like sears or something because they do make-up. some beauty salons also do make-up. if you can't find anywhere good, get a buncha hairspray and dark makeup and just experiment a couple days before and try to get it the best you can.
