How do i get my hair like this?

He isn't telling me so I have to ask on here.

A Detailed description would be very helpful.

take your hair in layers and just straighten it with a flat iron then put mousse or gel into it and comb it however you want it to stay

It's just a regular cut that is left alone -- no styling to it.  

First of all, you need to have it cut the proper way.  If you have the right kind of hair (and some don't), you will need to get it cut this way.  It's nothing special, but a regular cut -- any barber or hairdresser should be able to do it: shorter back and sides, a little longer on top.

Then you just don't do much to it!  If you don't have the texture for it, you can use a little styling aid (mousse, gel, spray, anything) and then give it some direction with your hands, and leave it.  The more you fuss with it, the neater and tidier it gets -- and you don't want that.  Just sort of "comb" it with your fingers, and then go.  It has to look sort of messy and unkempt.  It helps if the cut is sort of outgrown, and slightly uneven.

Ok so cut it in a form of a mullet

Put some spiking gel in it to puff up the back

Pour some shampoo in your hair, but leave it there

and then spray it with hair spray to keep it firm
