  1. do you swim you might have chlorine in it?

pantente shampoo has alot more alcohol shampoo that can cause dryness,  or get a conditioning treatment done a the salon done, that helps too

then put a cream for you on your hair wet

  2. First you take the pantene shampoo and POUR IT DOWN THE DRAIN.  Repeat with the conditioner.  I know it gives a pretty shine, but so does floor wax.  It has similar ingredients and works the same way: "sealing" in shine and coating your hair so nothing can get in...or out.  And it builds and builds in your hair.  So start with a good shampoo and conditioner (ask your stylist to make recommendations based on your SPECIFIC hair needs).  Frizzy hair usually lacks moisture, so a monthly visit to your salon for a deep conditioning is a good idea.  If that is out of your price range, try a beauty school (their websites often feature deals and coupons too).  Usually I like to leave just a tiny bit of conditioner left in my hair before I blow dry and flat iron.  A thermal serum, spray or creme is another good idea.  First blow hair dry with a round brush and MAXIMUM tension.  A boar bristle brush (you can get it at Sallys) is good for that.  Some people, with enough practice, can accomplish smooth straight hair with just that.  If not, take a flat iron on a low-medium setting (the high will result in more damage and more frizz) and smooth out just where needed.  There are lots of you tube videos you can watch to figure it out, but I reccomend going to your stylist and asking for a lesson on how to style your hair.  It won't cost you more than whet he/she normally charges for that service an you will get a hands-on, personalized lesson.

  3. A hair stylist told me that panteen is really bad for your hair because first it strips it and then over conditions it so it's actually being damaged. You should try a different brand. If biolage, k-pak, paul mitchell or bain de terre are available you should try those. Otherwise if you have to use a drug store brand see if they have tres semme or sunsilk because those are good.

  4. Well first off use a better shampoo then pantene. Biolage and Redken are the ones I have had best luck with. After you get out the shower, don't brush your hair use a wide bristle comb, goody makes an after the shower comb that costs like $2 at Wal-Mart. Brushing breaks your hair, and makes it frizzier. Spritz a little leave in conditioner, to soften. Then blow dry or whatever and use a shine/ frizz serum, when it's almost completely dry. Blow dry it a little longer. Then use a natural bristle brush, natural bristles help your hair to keep from frizzing and don't strip the shine from it! Good luck and hope this helps.

  5. im ashamed to know this but use a flat iron.
