How do i get my hp deskjet 3550 to work with vista, the power button light keeps blinking?

It sounds like you have two different issues.

1.  The printer drivers for the HP Deskjet 3550 are part of the Windows Vista operating system.

Basically you should be able to plug the printer in (via USB cable) and it should detect the printer and automaticly install the drivers.
