How do i get my ichat video chat wo work with window users in ichat?

my ichat video chat always works when i connect with another mac user, it work every time right away. But, i get never get it to work with a windows user. How do i get it to work or is there another program i can use so they can see me?

Windows and Mac will not work together. Ever. They are mortal enemies and forever will until the day comes when Fargo comes. And he will save everyone.
