Hi, I think You can get your international Driving license from the same RTO as your license. It takes one day and it is Valid for a year. but you need to carry certain documents, It changes from state to state. Some state ask for a valid VISA. Some ask for a valid flight ticket. Then you apply in the morning and you get it in the evening. To avoid hassle contact a driving school they will do it for you and tell you the time you have to visit RTO and pick it up.
