How do i get my liitle boy go understand he has to go potty before he goes potty?

he is 27 months. and he tells me after he goes potty that he has to go...

Don't get mad at him.  At least he's got the idea.  He will just decide on his own one day, and it won't have much to do with anything you did.  Punishing him will traumatize him though.  Try to be patient and positive.  Reward him for his successes by hugging him and kissing him.

just be patient. it's take times. my sister has a girl about the same age too, and she has to bribe the little girl every time shegoes potty. kindda funny but u can't expect little kids to get it right away.

Unfortunately, I don't know that there is a proper method to start making him understand...he will do it eventually.  If he goes in his pants, make him change his pants.  If you've been dressing him up to this point, he will resist BIG TIME.  Keep your focus, tell him (and yourself) that he must do this.  Label his drawers (draw pants, underwear, shirts etc) and tape it onto whatever drawer he he has to go and find clothes to change into.  Also, show him wear he can put the clothes he wet in.  When you start this with him, supervise him strictly.  He must fully understand what you require of him.  Guide him until you see that he has comprehended what is expected of him.  He will start doing it on his own.

Do NOT EVER punish him for wetting himself!  Patience and understanding is key here. He doesn't wet his pants to frustrate you, so have patience until he understands what the process is.

Sounds like at least he is aware of the wet/dirty diaper and wants to be changed.  That's the first step.  The reason children learn at different ages is that it is a combo of physical capabilities and desire.  Not only is it a sense of awareness of bodily needs, there is a specific muscle that strengthens as children develop.  It is the same muscle that loses strength causing elderly to have to wear adult "briefs".  

Sit on the potty often so it gets more familiar to him and he starts accidentally using the potty.  Reward greatly and keep patient.

Give him or even better let him buy a couple of pair of undies with his favourite character(s) on them. eg High 5, wiggles, Thomas the tank engine etc. Tell him they're his 'special undies' and the character doesn't like to be wet. If he has an accident stay cool tell him that so & so didn't like being wet and put him in an old pair  - not one of his favourites. Start a fresh the next day with a favourite pair on him and try again. After a while, hopefully, he will get the idea. Good Luck

well what my mom did was when i was a kid is that evertime i went pee in the baithroom she would give me a treat and if i pee in my pants she would put in in the corner

As all the other ppl have written he get it in his own time you just need to be patient.  when my girls were being toilet trained I would take them to the toilet every half hour they may not have needed to go but eventually they got the idea and then started telling me that they needed to go.

children love to imitate their parents.keep his potty in the toilet next to urs, when ever u go to toilet, show him how u behave at that point of time.tell him that since u r big, bigger one is ur potty & smaller one is his potty. keep doing it until he understands what u mean, gradually he will learn. be patient, every child takes his time to learn new things. just don't make it a huge issue in front of him, he may become nervous everytime he wants to go potty. patience is what parenthood is all about.but please don't bribe ur child, he will get use to it.leave bribing for bigger issues.good luck.

make the #1 training into a game... throw 10 cheerios or something in the toilet and he has to sink them all to win... or get some water filler to make it blue in the toilet then tell him... he magical and can turn the water green if he just pees into it...

with p**p it harder... not too many game... basically its just saying your a big boy if your poopies are at the bottom of the toilet and your still a baby if they are in your pants/diaper...
