If a retailer already stocks magazines then they will almost certainly be supplied through one single distributor. There are four or five big magazine and newspaper distribution companies in the UK, but there are similar companies all over the world.

It will be almost impossible for you to deal directly with the retailer, and almost impossible again to work with a distributor for just one or two outlets. You will probably have to pay a minimum guarantee fee with a percentage of sales of the magazine. That percentage can be between 30% and 50% of the cover price.

MMC (http://www.mmcextranet.co.uk/index.htm) is one UK company that I have worked with. They are good with smaller, independent publishers.

Other than that just speak to the store manager and ask. I'm sure they'd tell you if you explain why you want to know, and explain why the NEED to stock your magazine.
