How do i get my make up like this

i want my eyes to look like the girl in the black on the left http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-TNHXBuNSBg i think she uses eyeliner and mascara so how can i get my eyes like this. thanks

EASY!

1. Line the top of your lids, near the lash line with a black liquid eyeliner brush from the inner corners of your eye to the outside.

2. Line the inside of your eye with black eyeliner

3. Put on mascara on your top and bottom lashes.

4. Dust silver eyeshadow on the top of your lids =)

That's easy. Start with a light gold shadow all over the eye. Then using a grey shadow with a little shimmer and go from your lash line and blend into your crease, darkest at the . Then using a kohl black pencil line your  bottom lashes and finish with mascara on the top lashes.

Pretty basic!

Apply 2 to 3 coats (mascara wand sweeps) of your choice mascara to your top lashes. With pencil eyeliner ( i recommend Avon Glimmersticks in Blackest Night) trace the rim of your lower eyelid and thin the line as you get closer to your nose. At the outer edge of your eye add a little more as desired (thicker edges= bigger eyes and the shock-effect look) Fix any mistakes with cotton-swabs and finally add one coat of mascara to your lower lashes, brush off any excess mascara under your eyeliner line with the cotton-swabs. Voila!

1) Using an extremely black eyeliner (pencil, but liquid will work better), place a thin line on the top of your eyelid, just on top of your eyelashes and do the same to the bottom.

Keep the line straight.

2) Now with a black mascara, thickly apply it to your top and bottom lashes.

This should give you the look you want. But, make sure the mascara isn't making your eyelashes clamp together.

3) Dust a little bit of silver or gold eyeshadow over your top lid.

Even out skin tone on eyelids with a primer or foundation.  Set with powder (shimmer for night, matte for day).  Line upper lid along lash line with black liquid or pencil eyeliner. Lift up upper lid and line under upper lash line, in between lashes (with liner pencil only).  Soften line with black eyeshadow applied with a very small brush (eye liner size).  Line low lash line the same, taking the liner into the inner corner to meet with the line from the upper lash line.  Smudge a shimmery dk. brown shadow below line for an even more dramatic night time look.  Clean lower rim with dry q-tip of any liner that bleeds.  Apply heavy coat of black mascara.  Clean-up under eye area with q-tips soaked with eye cream or eye make-up remover.  Always do eye make up first so you can clean up and not disturb the rest of your make-up.  With this eye a shiny nude lip and a wisk of bronzer over bridge of nose and on to cheeks would be fantastic.
