me and my friend had this problem too. we wanted to go the mall, but her mom wouldnt. have a friend come over, and then make sure she overhears your friend saying "i really wanna go to the store" and she will probably do it. it worked for us. haha.

I assume you are talking about the mall. Just ask a friend or two to go to the store and see if your mom can drop all of you off and maybe another parent pick all of you up. That way she's only driving one way and can go do other thing while you shop. Then make sure you tank her and spend your money wisely so she doesn't think you wasted it.
