How do i get my money back if i posted a bond for a person?

bond less fees if any are refunded when the accused is called and appears for sentencing.

If you just posted the 10% needed for a person to get the bondsman to post bail and the person will not pay you back you'll have to file a claim in small claims court. Othrwise the other 2 answers are correct. Good Luck.

When the person you posted the bond for appears in court, you will receive your bond back, minus processing fees
