How do i get my motivation and confidence back?

last week i was doing fine on my practice mcats and everything seemed ok. this week everything has gone wrong. im losing patience and im not doing well. how do I get my confidence back? my mcat is in 3 weeks.

  1. For me it helps to have someone to talk to. Whether it be a therapist or a trusting family/friend. Also, I go to Alanon meetings to deal with my feelings since I live with an alcoholic. Stress can really do a number to ones nerves and mental state. Also writing has been really helpful to me. Sometimes just getting everything out of my head an onto paper helps.
