well you usually have to pay for your own domain, BUT, if you go to piczo.com, you can get a website that is like; www.me.piczo.com.

You can upload pictures put on text, videos, links, and a lot more!

If you don't want your own domain name like my own i have http://www.gamerzlook.com/ then I would go with either freewebs or geocities. I don't know much about geocities, but on freewebs, you can also throw in a few extra dollars to get more features for your created website.

www.9k.com easy site building tools and you can go with paying 5 bucks a month to have www.me.com or have www.me.9k.com. To see an example of a site made with 9k, go to www.gamingpalace.9k.com. one of the best site building sites I have went to. Also there is geocities on the yahoo homepage they have a link to it but it is harder to use but able to make awesome websites once you get used to it. The downside to geocities is it is harder to make more than 1 free web page. You save a page like you would with microsoft word and start a new one but it is blank every time so to get the background perfect for multiple pages it is hard. Try 9k first then if you don't like it go ahead and try geocities, then any other sites you hear about.
