How do i get my picture to break up??

basically how can i have different pictures on one whole photo on cs3

there is an option to photomerge set of images,

similar is the collage or blend with gradient mask,

you could create new canvas, the copy and paste image into new layers, then move around, rotate, resize, blend, then save psd, and save copy as jpg, you should be able to design anything related in photoshop,
