  1. hi you should try him for 10 mins in the morning and 10 mins in the afternoon and put toys in dont leave him at that stage.... but next week on then few Min's at a time leave him but dont put him in his own room cot on his own yet as it will terrify him as hes not used to it but you have made a rod for your own back really for letting stay in your bed your this long it will take you a long time now if you force it the boy will get scared

  2. heard about ...'rod and back'

well you certainly have made one for yourself...

The easiest option is definitely not always the best.

And now your going to have to work really hard to put it right.

HOWEVER I AM SORRY TO SAY THAT I CANNOT ANSWER THIS QUESTION OR ANY MORE QUESTIONS COS THE NEW LITTLE HELPER THAT KEEPS POPPING UP TO THE SIDE OF THIS BOX IS DRIVING ME CRAZY AND WONT LET ME CONCENTRATE ON

WHAT I AM TRYING TO WRITE.......

  3. Really depends on his age, if he's in his own room etc.

Here is what worked for me.

I put my daughter in the cot, with lots of toys and played with her for about 10 minutes everyday, then after a few days started to put her in the cot and talk to him, interact, but move away a few feet and do things like pick stuff up off the floor, maybe tidy a shelf.  Keep talking to him, but don't go back if he cries.  After a 10 minutes take him out, talking to him saying mummy's jobs done, down stairs now.

When he falls asleep for a nap in the day, why not put him in the cot so he gets used to waking up there?  Maybe you could do the above then, so the cot becomes a safe place, not the dreaded area.

Remember it is ok if he cries for a few minutes.  As long as he is safe.

    Good luck.

  4. TELL ME SOME THING!  Are you going to ask the public every week, Month, or years how the h**l you should raised you child???.  It's a d**n shame for you the child parent is asking the public how to raised your young little infant!. When he or she is in junior high not even

high School & is telling you what to do with your self what the h**l are you going to do????. You & your husband are the kind of parents

that have raised so many unruly, let go ungovernable young sters in this world, and I hate people like you both because you birth them, raised them then you turned them out in the world on us. You should know that the COT was for the child to sleep in and you should not be so d**n lasy just to get your d**n self out of the bed to walk 3 feet to feed the child, & you had known what you were doing but you did it any way & now you come to ask the world what to do!. I will tell you & your Husband to fix it because you both brakes it so you fix it any way you know how!. The other thing is do you think that, that child always

be sleeping when you too on that bed @ night having s*x??. I will tell you that, was a very verry bad I mean very d**n bad because not because you do not here that child say any thing but he or she saw things @ night so you are not raiseing that child in the right way @ all just besause of your d**n lasyness.

  5. how old is he?

try going with him into his bed and staying with him until he falls asleep. but before you do that, make sure you tell him that he needs to be a big boy and sleep in his bed now. reward him for sleeping in his own bed, he'll catch on soon enough. (:
