How do i get my songs and videos from my zune to my hard drive?

I have a 30 gigabyte zune and i put a lot of songs and videos onto it. Only problem is that i have deleted all those songs and videos from my hard drive to save space. Now i got an ipod touch and i was wondering how to take all those songs and videos and put it into my hard drive so i can sync it to my ipod touch. Can someone give me a precise step by step guide on how to get the songs and videos and pictures from my zune to my hard drive please i need help!
