How do i get my sound to play from my radio?

Question

when i play my yahoo radio, i can't here any sound. The radio connects but no sound and my speakers play fine when i play other things. i did uninstall and installed yahoo messenger twice.

have you checked the device is working properly?

what OS are you running.

have you allowed audio on messenger when you installed it again?
