How do i get my start button and task bar to work properly without restarting my laptop?

Question

recently i have notice that when i start up my laptop the start button and task bar is inactive.I usually have to use the start key instead and open task manager to go from one task to another. Sometimes, however i just restart the computer and hope it works.

i would appreciate if anyone can let me know of any long term solutions. thanks

Sorry but this looks like system corruption, probably caused by a virus attack.

Reinstall and next time use better protection:
