How do i get my task bar to appear on the bottom of my moniter?please?

ok you should see a really thin blue line at the bottom.. simply click and drag up on it.. it will make the taskbar appear. to stop the problem happening again right click the taskbar and select lock the taskbar

were is it is it even there if it is there you can just left click keep holding down and drag to bottom
