How do i get my text straight in word 2007?

I have written the same thing in 10 colums in word 2007but they

do not come out straight or inline with each other.

Example : As you can see they are not inline...Ignore the dot its the only way how to show you

  1. Have your rulers showing.

    If not - press 'view' tab and check the rulers tick box (second section)

    High light all the text on your page that you want lining up

    then on the top left of the ruler is a small tab that looks like an hourglass

    just click n drag the top half of that

    You will start to drag a dotted line vertically along the page.

    As soon as you release it, the text will line up from the vertical line.


  2. Click the backwards P icon on the Word toolabr

    This will show characters where you have typed something, e.g. dot for a space and backwards P for Enter.

    Make sure there is nothing else next to each sentence
