How do i get my video camera from priority mail?

I let my friend borrow my video camera and she is sending it back priority mail, what is that, she says i have to sign for it.

Priority mail is an expedited form of shipping that takes 2-3 days... make sure she pays for insurance. If she buys delivery confirmation than the delivery guy will ask you to sign for it when he hands you the package. It's that simple.
