How do i get my video on my computer?

i record this realy cool video on my camcorder and i want to know how i get it on my computer i have a cd and some cords that came with the camcorder but i am too lazy to read it can you please tell me what to do

If you don't want to install the software (which i highly recommend)

use the cords and connect the camara to your computer. then if you have windows xp go to windows movie maker (or the software that the disks came on) go to import vid and i think it should come in.
