How do i get my videos removed from my space page?

How do i get my videos out of my space page?

i added 2 of my videos in the right hand corner of my myspace page. i don't want to delete the vidoes permanently, just removed from my page.

i need specific instructions to take it out.

Usually the videos have a code to add it to your website, Deleting this ,does not delete the video where you have upload it from,and the video will still be at that video hosting site.
