How do i get nats out of my house weve tried spray can poison thats all any ideas?

Hang out a few fly strips and they will be gone in no time.

put any fruit or veggies you have out behind doors, or cover them. gnats are hard to see and get rid of. smack them with a flyswatter? i just give up on those teeny little flying bugs

The best way I have found to get rid of them is to put all my fruit, veggies and bread in the fridge, then take the trash out regularly.
