Question:

How do i get ndiswrapper to work?

I have an acer aspire 3680 with ubuntu 8.04 on it, but i cant seem to get the wireless internet to work so i downloaded ndiswrapper but when i go to the terminal i cant figure out what to do so can someone please give me step by step directions on how to download it and get the drivers for it.

    One of those should get you working. I just followed the Ubuntu one and had working wifi in about 10 minutes.

    I also found out that just using a card that is Linux friendly (prisim, broadcom, etc) I didn't need the ndiswrapper!
