I'm an actress, and I want to end up on TV like on disney channel. How do I get noticed and end up on there?

The best advice is to get a good agent.  Scam alert: No honest agent will ever ask you to pay him any money.  Have your picture professionally taken, a head shot and have hundreds of copies made,  You can look up some of the cattle calls and attend some of those but your chances are not good there since you would be competing with hundreds, if not thousands.

Since the Disney Channel staff are alerted to not accept unsolicited resumes or headshots from aspiring actresses, your best bet is to have an agent formally submit his representation of you through their talent coordinator.  It's that simple.

Right now Jail-bait s*x appeal is the big thing. You'd have to make sure your looking attract to males 18 - 35, as well as dumbing yourself down and censoring yourself to fit in with the crowd.

Much of it comes at being in the right place at the right time. Try to find out when there having auditions, get yourself into some of the areas that the producers and casting director go.

A good agent can really help as well, just make sure you check their client list before you sign up so you don't get screwed.

Go and try to find where they have a new disney channel program running or a current one in L.A. or in New York. (Not literally go there but search it)

You just have to have real good connection and find out where events where they need an actress is taking place.

Try looking it up on the internet and etc.

You need to get an agent and they will schedule auditions for you to be on TV.
