Run LanHelper on another computer and use this program to reset the user password in Users dialog.

Well, this is a little tricky.  First it depends on what operating system you are using(XP, Vista...).  If it's XP, when you boot up the computer, keep pressing F8 until you get a boot screen asking what kind of boot you would like.  Choose safe mode and it will unlock a hidden administrator account.  There should be no password by default.  Open it up and go to the control panel, go to users, and click on your user that you forgot the password to.  Click on change password, and viola!

If XP, boot your computer. When you are at the login screen, press alt+ctrl+delete repeatedly until you get to another login screen that allows you to type in a username. Type in username: administrator

Leave password blank. If that is the default, you are logged in.
