How do i get on to blocked sites at school if ping command doesn't work?

I have tried the ping command, the tracert command, and nslookup, but my school blocks the codes that cmd gives me (208.65.153.238) it always says "This site or ad has been blocked by the school filter". How can I get passed this?

if your schools admin knows what they are doing , you won't even with a so called proxy / I have kids everyday trying to bypass the filters i have in place . I think as of today we have given detention to 96 students suspended 15 and filed charges against 3 .

we have a ZERO  tolerance 3 attempts to by pass our filters and we file charges 1,000.00 fine
