How do i get out of a group?

i have joined a group and would now like to get out of it. how do i do this?

go to the group- make sure you're logged in- top middle of home page click edit Membership- bottom right of next page click Leave Group- next page confirm by clicking Leave-

posts also have links to do this, but leaving a group via e-mail has proven not to take affect for a long period of time- leaving from the group site is instant

Here is how you can unsub from a group:

1.Try to unsubscribe through:

2.. If this doesn't work out, send an e-mail to the group owner telling him/her to stop mailing you. ([e-mail])

If these still didn't work for you try the following options:

3. Block the address(es) or arrange your preferences so that they are sent to your bulk/spam folder.
