  1. I don't think you would be able to get out.

You signed up, you need to go.

  2. It is as simple as writing your recruiter a letter stating you want out of DEP or not showing up on your ship date.

  3. Tell recruiter you're g*y

  4. You are in DEP.  You can quit DEP at any time.  You do not need a reason.  Simply tell your recruiter that you are not going to show up on your ship date and ask that he drop you from DEP.

By regulation he cannot make any threats against you.  He must drop you as you request.  This happens all the time.

  5. Ignore the bull you're getting, and if you feel it's not for you, then do what you can is possible to get out. If many have done it before, then you can still get out. My friend joined the Marines and is going through the same situation, and neither one of you is a "p u s s y" for only CHANGING your mind. There's nothing wrong with that. I bet some of the people leaving those remarks just try to act tough from behind their screen. And the one's who've been there, should know better than to be saying those things.

  6. I agree with Bill R.

  7. What? you sign up, take the oath and then decide it is not for you?  I think you are not smart enough to be in the military.  Go tell your recruiter that you can't join because you are a continuous objector.  (look it up)

Frankly, I don't want you in my beloved armed services.

  8. Check yourself into a mental institution and tell them you are having homicidal and suicidal thoughts.

  9. You have not left for basic? You've been in for 5 months.??

    Which is it?

Oh, well. Get a letter from your mommy telling the recruiter you can't handle it. Then see the chaplain and have your TS card punched.

  10. hang in there,it get better the worse is over and then you get a chance to see the world, travel all expenses paid wear a uniform, most women love a man in uniform,so please don't give up your country needs you.

  11. Either don't show up or just tell your recruiter you don't want to go anymore. Either way will work fine. You are simply in the DEP program. It's not too late until you sign the papers right before shipping out.

  12. well if you haven't gone to basic yet your not considered in the army. your not really in the army until you sware in the second time. if you havent done that then dont worry about it. ignore your recruiters calls and avoid him at all costs then go crawl in a whole cuz your to much of a weener to have a decent living working for your country.

  13. Tell him your not man enough.

  14. 1.  Talk to your recruiter.

    2.  Tell him you don't want to ship.

    3.  Let him talk to you, maybe all you really need is a confidence boost, or a change of job, or a change of ship date.

    4.  If you still want to get out, all you have to do is sign one piece of paper, requesting discharge from the Delayed Entry Program.

Your recruiter probably put in many hours getting your enlistment packet together.  You owe him the courtesy of being honest, and letting him know your concerns as soon as possible.

If your recruiter blows you off, or doesn't listen, or threatens you; HE IS WRONG.  Talk to his boss, or someone higher up the chain of command.

As long as you have not sworn in for Active Duty, you don't have to ship.
