  1. The Esc (Escape) key often works.

But if you ended up in BIOS without intending to and you can't seem to use the keyboard, the keyboard may not be plugged in properly and unless it's USB, you'll most likely need to restart the computer after plugging it in.  Switch the computer off (at the wall, if necessary), check the keyboard and try starting up again but watch carefully to see if anything gets written on the screen about problems.

If your computer shows you a pretty manufacturer picture as it starts up, you need to press a key to make it show what it's doing - ours is Esc, I think.  Of course, if the keyboard is the problem, you might not be able to see details, but I think you should still see errors.

You'll know if the computer knows about the keyboard if the keyboard lights flash just after the computer is turned on.  If the keyboard seems dead, try another.

  2. F10 to save and exit.  If its going there on its own, there's other problems you might want to look into.

  3. it sounds like your Del or F2 keys of the keyboard are stuck then change the keyboard

  4. Few things - starting in ease of doing them

1.There should be instructions at the bottom of the screen.

2.turn the computer off then back on - the computer should start normally.

    3. Open the case and look at the jumpers ( set of pins with small plastic piece on one or more pins). One of them is bios reset. - Might try looking of motherboard layouts for your computer. Putting the jumper over the right pin combination will reset bios to original specs.

    4. Could be failed bios chip - either get new motherboard that accepts all your onboard stuff or get new pc

  5. f10 will save and exit then just hit enter....
