1. I use peroxide and a bar of ivory soap-pour the peroxide on the stain then scrub with the bar of soap. Rinse with cold water.

Peroxide is the stuff you use to clean a wound. Should be in the bathroom. I have never had it ruin any clothes or bleach them out. Works good.

  2. Launder your underwear with your favorite laundry detergent

    and cold water.

  3. This recently happened to me don't worry...simply take hydrogen peroxide (usually in a brown bottle) and pour it over the stain then rinse out.

  4. WELL, I use bleach for that kinda thing.

But if it's recently stained you can just use salt and water.

  5. Fill a large bucket with COLD water (hot will set blood stains) and soak the clothes overnight. Oxy-clean would be good, too, if you have it. It may take more that one night's soaking. Apply some spray and wash (or other stain treatment) and wash with laundry soap. Do not dry the clothes until you have removed (or lighted as much as you can).

Once your periods are more regular, you can wear darker clothes and/or pantyliner just before you expect it so that you don't ruin your clothes.

I wouldn't suggest using bleach or peroxide -- depending on the type of fabric, you could damage your clothes. Also, bleach tends to turn blood stains dark brown (rather then getting rid of them).

    Good luck!

  6. The peroxide should be in the medicine cabinet., or First aid supplies .

It is the stuff that fizzes up to a white foam when you pour it on a cut, or scrape.

Bleach should be with laundry cleaners or with other household cleaners. Ask your mum she wil understand.

If the underpants have been washed and dried the stain may not come out. The heat of the dryer makes most stains permanent. But the peroxide might help.

  7. peroxide ,rinse with cold water.
