How do i get over my fear of Gardisil shots?

im getting my first gardisil shot today and im really scared! please tell me your honest feelings about if it hurts or not. also how do i calm myself down before getting one? thanks so much!

Shots are sucky - but they really aren't that bad.  A little pin prick and it's over.  When you are all done - get yourself hot fudge sundae - cause they do an amazing job at making the pain go away.  You might need one before the shot too :)
